What you've done is list two moderates and complained about how they are moderate. They're also - generally speaking - some of the best justices we've had on the court this century because they take each case on the merits instead of the politics. All because they were nominated by Republican presidents doesn't make them automatically conservative.
I don't know enough about Roberts to comment on his record with Obama's pet causes. I'll have to read up on it.

Frankly I'm surprised at how often Kennedy has leaned conservative. I thought he was generally more moderate than that. But of course that could be biased based on the issue ratings, so perhaps instead you'd prefer this chart that shows how often they vote together which is independent of such bias. It's pretty clear there's a left block of 3 and a right block of 2.5 and the rest are less polarized. Seems relatively balanced to me.

Democratic presidential candidate Martin O'Malley apologized on Saturday for saying "All lives matter" while discussing police violence against African-Americans with liberal demonstrators.
Several dozen demonstrators interrupted the former Maryland governor while he was speaking here at the Netroots Nation conference, a gathering of liberal activists, demanding that he address criminal justice and police brutality. When they shouted, "Black lives matter!" a rallying cry of protests that broke out after several black Americans were killed at the hands of police in recent months, O'Malley responded: "Black lives matter. White lives matter. All lives matter."
The demonstrators, who were mostly black, responded by booing him and shouting him down.

I already thought black lives were the only ones that mattered. It's certainly the only ones the MSM covers. Right before Zimmerman shot Martin two white people on a date were car jacked, robbed, kidnapped, beaten, tortured, raped, and murdered in a horrific crime by 4 black people, but it was only covered as local news. Blacks kill more whites annually, by a lot, yet you wouldn't know that watching the news. White people get killed by the police too, including a white kid by a black officer in Utah right after the Michael Brown thing, but the MSM didn't care. The life of the white cop who Michael Brown attacked that night didn't matter. You can go buy a shirt with a swaztika on it, but good luck buying one with a confederate flag because "black lives matter" and apparently Jewish ones don't.

It's not the MSM is racist, it's that telling news in a balanced way doesn't get ratings. To them, only blacks killed by cops matter or mass shootings or white kids that get kidnapped, etc.
